REFUND POLICY

Music With Manny – Refund Policy

 

Music With Manny operates on a membership-based model, not a pay-per-lesson service. All fees paid secure a reserved lesson slot within our teaching schedule.

 

Please note the following:

• Missed lessons due to holidays, illness, lateness, absence, or personal circumstances are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as lesson slots are fully booked.

• Lessons missed due to late or failed payment are forfeited.

• Joining fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued.

• Cancelling a Direct Debit results in immediate unenrolment, with no refunds owed.

• Membership fees remain payable regardless of attendance.

 

Refunds are issued only if Music With Manny cancels a lesson and is unable to provide a replacement or lesson credit.
